Ready to begin?
Start Here →How the somatic portals of your body open the doors
to the fulfillment you were born for.
Most people will scroll past this.
It asks for a level of honesty they aren't ready for.
But for the few whose nervous systems are awake enough to feel the vibration underneath a "settled" life — this might be the most important thing you read this year.
I am speaking to you.
Not the roles you play.
Not the masks you wear.
You.
The one whose life, by every external measure, is good. Maybe even complete.
You have the shelter. The history of achievement. The success stories. The accolades. The people who depend on you.
You have arrived at the place you once aimed for.
The idea of completing your masterpiece keeps your engine running.
And yet, in the quiet moments — when the house is empty, when the workday ends, when the business deal closes, when the personal development retreat is over and you're back in your ordinary life…
…Something stirs.
A physical weight that has no polite name.
A tightness in the chest that doesn't fit into your calendar or the story people tell about you at dinner parties.
Something in you is hungry.
Not for more. Not for bigger. Not for another mountain to climb just to prove you still can.
You are hungry for
the Embodied Real.
You wake in the stillness of the night, and the silence has a weight to it.
You have ticked the boxes. You have raised the children. You have hit the numbers. You have done the "inner work."
And yet, underneath the gratitude you genuinely feel, there is a physical signal — a hum in the nerves, a pressure behind the sternum that will not stay quiet.
It is the steady ache of being agreeable when something deeper in you is screaming.
Your success is asking you a question you can no longer ignore.
"…Is this what I am for?"
You don't say it out loud.
You know how it sounds.
You know the world has no sympathy for someone whose life looks as full as yours.
You fear that naming this ache makes you sound ungrateful. Unhinged. Simply lost.
So you carry it into your mornings. Into your conversations. Into another year that looks almost identical to the last one — functional, stable, and somehow… absent.
I see you.
And I want to tell you something clearly:
What you are feeling is not ingratitude. It is not a midlife crisis. It is not a problem to fix.
It is a sacred calling — and your body has been trying to deliver the message for years.
For many of us, survival was a skill learned early and practiced perfectly.
We learned to disappear — just enough — to keep the love. To earn the approval. To stay safe inside a version of ourselves that others found manageable.
The words we swallowed became a physical lump in the throat. The feelings we compressed became a tightness in the chest, a pit in the stomach.
It is the pain of the silenced voice.
The truth we buried became a weight on the heart we've carried so long, we forgot it wasn't ours to carry.
You have been taught that to lead is to be unshakable — but you are discovering that a heart that cannot shake is a heart that has begun to stone.
You are building a legacy, yet you are living in the drought of your own joy — hemorrhaging your vital energy into a world that views your attention as currency and your exhaustion as a metric of success.
Whether you are the established pillar upon whom hundreds depend, or the emerging leader privately battling the ceiling of your own reach, you feel it…
…a deep, cellular unease.
This is the heavy burden of the visionary: both the one already standing at the summit and the one still climbing toward it.
And over time, you became a master of what I call Functional Numbness — sophisticated ways of filling the space where feeling used to live:
You learned to survive by protecting your heart.
The strategies, the habits, the mindset, the results…
…It works. Until it doesn't.
The pain isn't just the memory
of what happened.
It is the current cost of keeping it buried.
Thierry Leconte · Rio de Janeiro
Here is what I know about this moment — because I have lived it.
My name is Thierry Leconte, and four short years ago, I thought I had built something real by every external measure.
I was running a high-end holistic healthcare business alongside my brother Dr. Patrick Leconte, holistic & Cosmetic Dentist and healer.
Somewhere inside the hustle of entrepreneurship, I discovered a natural gift: making people feel seen, held, and safe in one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
On the outside, I felt like I was heading in the right direction.
But I felt empty on the inside — and I had learned to mistake that quiet for comfort.
It felt like I was climbing a ladder of success that leaned against the wrong wall.
And then my mother died.
Suddenly. Without warning.
And grief doesn't negotiate. It simply arrives and asks you, through pain, to finally listen to the calling of your Truth — the one you've been avoiding all along.
I used busyness to hide the grief and muffle the disconnection from myself. What I thought was thriving was, in reality, barely surviving.
I could no longer maintain the distance between myself and the question I had been carrying for decades:
Was I living my life? Or had I been living everyone else's?
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are."
— Carl JungI had done the therapy. The meditation. The breathwork. The personal development. I had sat at the feet of Gurus and teachers. I had made progress. Real progress.
But something remained untouched. Something in the body that talk, observation, and even insight could not reach.
Then, through a sacred encounter — quiet, unexpected, and unmistakable — I received a clear message:
"Go to Brazil. Learn to heal.
Learn to heal others."
I followed that call.
In Brazil, the healing found me. Not in a concept or a teaching – but in my own body, arriving home for the first time in decades.
I trained in the Amanae method — an emotional body-based practice developed by Christine Day, with practitioners across more than 20 countries — co-integrating it with Somatic Experiencing, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and subtle energy work.
I am not a healer — but simply a facilitator. A navigator to assist you to come back home. Back to your body. Back to your heart. To reconnect with your True Self.
To meet the part of you where thoughts, words, and actions are fully aligned.
Where you undo the made-up identity of self-protection and reconcile all the parts of you that feel polarized.
This is not about becoming a new you.
It is about merging with the one who was always there.
Inside, there is a version of you that isn't trying.
Not trying to be confident. Not trying to be worthy. Not trying to hold it together. Not trying to seek love and approval from others.
The ones who transform permanently don't find a better strategy — they change the very layers the strategy runs from.
This work allowed me, for the first time in decades of seeking, to arrive. Not as a concept. As a felt, physical fact.
I trained. I went deep. And now I offer this work to the people who are exactly where I was — successful, seeking, and ready for something the mind alone cannot give them.
Your Soul doesn't want success.
It wants to matter at the level
it was built to matter.
When you are ready…
…the door is open.
for those ready to explore all the parts of you.
The Container
This is a private, deeply personal container designed for the person who is ready to stop circling the edge of life and step through.
Over 12 weeks, we meet for 6 bi-weekly sessions, in-person or online, each one a dedicated space for your body to do what it has always known how to do, with support, presence, and skilled guidance to make it possible.
We begin where you actually are.
Not where you think you should be. Not where the books say you are. Where you are…right now. What is not working currently? What keeps returning? What are you running away from? What strategy do you use to go numb? What patterns have followed you across relationships, decisions, or kept repeating after decades?
We start there — in the truth of it.
What happens inside a session
Then we go inward.
Each session is a journey within — through the Somatic Portals located in specific points of your body. Places where your unfinished emotional history has been living quietly, waiting for the conditions to finally be safe enough to move.
Those conditions are what I create.
Through light touch, breath awareness, and sound, we begin to free the blockages and densities generated by emotions that were never fully expressed. We untangle the internal knots where you feel most stuck. We move the layers that stand between you and clarity — through the physical body, the emotional body, the energetic body — all the way through to the heart.
This is body-energy work. It is not performed on you. It moves through you — with you — at exactly the pace your nervous system can receive.
The space itself is a cocoon.
Safety. Support. Unconditional presence. A place where your raw feelings are not managed, redirected, or intellectualised — but met. Witnessed. And in being witnessed, finally free to move.
A felt shift in your physical, emotional, and energetic body that builds session by session. A nervous system that moves from chronic bracing to genuine regulation. The gradual untangling of patterns that have felt immovable for decades. A deepening connection with your own heart as the seat of your guidance. And the emergence of a clarity that doesn't come from thinking — but from arriving.
Between sessions
Between sessions, you are not left alone.
We meet in integration conversations to ground what emerged during each session into your daily life. What has opened in the body can continue to move, settle, and integrate. Real progress. Tangible shifts. Not just in how you feel — but in how you live.
I hold a maximum of 11 active clients
per Immersion cycle at one time.
When capacity is reached, a waiting list opens. Reserve your space today.
Now, part of you may feel afraid.
Afraid that saying yes to this work means losing your stability. Losing the identity people depend on. Losing the ground you've worked so hard to build.
I want to speak directly to that fear.
Hear me out…
…You will not lose what you have built. You will finally be present enough to enjoy it.
This is the mission of the 3-Month Portal Program — to bridge the gap between the Successful You and the Fully Alive You.
It is a deep, physical, energetic, sacred process designed to reveal what you carry that the world actually needs, and how to step into it without abandoning what you've already built.
This work does not ask you to become someone else.
It asks you to become more fully yourself — to bring the aliveness back into the life you've already created, so that what you do matches who you actually are.
If your heart quickened anywhere while reading this — that stirring is the only compass you need.
Your body already knows.
The rest of you is simply catching up.
You may recognise yourself here — or you may not. Both are welcome.
All of you share one thing: you are awake enough to know that your soul is being held back by a nervous system that was trained to prioritize safety over sovereignty. That was conditioned to survive, to perform instead of being. That dwells in exhaustion from internal division over unification.
You keep looking up, watching the crowns of others, when it is your duty to carry your own.
Your crown was never invisible. Your throne has always been yours. You just forgot that you never needed anyone's permission to claim it.
If you want to pick up the sword, make sure you know how to swing it.
The sword is something you become.
It teaches you to cut through what no longer serves, so that something new can grow.
To let go of the past. To face forward with clarity and courage.
During our work together, the blade is a mirror of presence, of honesty, of Truth.
That is not a small thing.
How much more pain
will you need to endure
before you claim what has always been yours?
If something in you is still reading…
…still here after all of this, that is not an accident.
Your nervous system brought you this far for a reason.
I hold a maximum of 11 active clients per Immersion cycle at one time — as this work requires the full presence from both of us, and I will not offer you less than that. When capacity is reached, a waiting list opens.
There is no prescribed path here.
Some people need a conversation first.
Some need to feel the work before they commit.
Some already feel the yes — clearly, fully, without needing anything else.
All three are welcome. All three are right.
Choose the door that your body is already leaning toward:
There is no wrong door.
There is only the next honest step your body is willing to take.
Is your heart ready
to be heard?
