Yes. No prior experience is needed. We begin exactly where you are — your body already knows what it needs. My role is simply to create the conditions for the old stuck and unprocessed emotion to be seen, felt, and expressed for its liberation.

Each session is a journey inward — into the body, not the mind.

We begin with a brief conversation. I listen to where you are — what is present, what is repeating, what feels stuck. No agenda. No performance. Just honesty.

You then lie on a massage table, covered by a sheet. You remain in your underwear throughout — comfort and safety are the foundation of everything.

From there, the work begins through light, intentional touch — activating specific points in the body known as portals. These are places where unresolved emotions, tensions, and energetic densities tend to quietly live. Places your body has been holding — sometimes for decades.

You are not passive in this process. Your breath is your instrument. As each portal is activated, I gently guide you to bring conscious presence to what arises — sensations, emotions, memories, releases. Nothing is forced. Nothing is managed. What wants to move is simply invited to move.

A session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

What happens after is often where the real shift is felt — in the body, in clarity, in how you move through your life.

Therapy and coaching primarily work through the mind — through language, insight, and strategy. This work goes directly into the body, where unresolved emotions actually live. It does not replace therapy — it reaches what therapy often cannot.

In life, the only guarantee I can share is that death will eventually arrive. As for the work we do together... that I cannot promise, and I would never make that claim.

What I can tell you is that your first Discovery Session comes with a full refund if you feel no shift, no clarity, no value.

And that is a guarantee.

Currently sessions are only available in-person in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Online sessions will be available soon — the work is equally effective in both formats.

If you need to pause your journey, we simply hold your space and resume when you are ready. There is no pressure, no judgment. The work will be here when you return.

Please note that once the journey begins, the investment is non-refundable. Not because of a clause, but because real transformation requires real commitment from both of us.

If after your first session the pull toward the deeper journey becomes clear, your Discovery Session deposit is fully applied toward Portal 1 within 7 days.

This work is not recommended after the first trimester of pregnancy.

The nature of what we do together is deep: releasing and letting go of trapped, unresolved emotions linked to past experiences — both conscious and unconscious. It is precisely because the work moves so much that we must be careful.

After the first trimester, what you process emotionally, your baby experiences too. And that is not a journey we take on their behalf, without their consent.
